Jean-Baptiste Say coined the term. I do believe he predates Walt Disney by quite a bit.

It requires an adventurous character, some perceptive understanding of market prices, notions on how to make a profit from productive activity, and the will to act accordingly. The concept was needed because countless people were doing it in the 18th century, under the eyes of those now known as classical economists.
