I think this is awesome in and of itself. I don't care if it turns out to be super cheap and green. $20 just seems entirely unrealistic to me. Half of that cost (at least) would be the tires alone (at least it looks like he's got tires on the outside of the cardboard wheel). But a cardboard bike? Just plain awesome.
