Depends on how busy you are doing other things and how hard it is to manually do the change vs how long it takes to describe to the agent. I'll queue up instructions for the agent to make 4 or 5 small modifications to files even if it takes longer for the agent to do it than me, as long as it's quick to fire off the instruction and context switch back to more important work.
