A perfectly valid opinion! As a user, I like that my apps keep getting feature improvements without needing to pay $100/user/mo for them. I like that they can support all different kinds of text rendering without relying on shared system libraries that might be clobbered when I upgrade my operating system or install Qt for a side project. I like that they have multiple levels of sandboxing, and that someone sending me a message isn't likely to cause RCE at a level that can wipe my drives. I don't like that there's a few milliseconds of delay as I type this in Google Chrome, but I like the other stuff even more.
