The fundamental stuff are all known, except for the ones you don’t encounter in everyday situations, which will as a consequence be harder for hobbyists to discover too.
The laws are well understood, but not universally, even among credentialed experts, either. And implications of them remain to be discovered. And on top of that, their predictive power is limited.
