This is about Kenya though, not Nigeria.

Minimum wage in Kenya is twice that in Nigeria at $122 a month.



Working 40 hours a week at $2/hr is still $320 per month. That's nearly 3x Kenya's minimum wage.

Besides, the government doesn't guarantee every Kenyan $122 a month so the real heroes are those who actually pay that money out-of-pocket.


It's about the minimum wage for a caretaker or lorry driver.


How depressing is it that we're all calmly discussing how a nation's minimum wage is $61 per month.


Cost of living is far cheaper too, assuming you avoid western aimed areas
