When asked about it, they said "in extreme emergencies, and not after working hours of course, or when you're on vacation" so I refused to sign until that wording was added to the contract.
At first they claimed it was just "standard" wording and maybe they can't change it. But after refusing to sign the contract, it was apparently possible to change.
