I do not see any benefit this has over regular Homomorphic Encryption. The third party server in a centralised approach can be trusted just as much with homomorphic encryption. There are some results that suggest that a block chain will never be able to transact faster than the slowest node so there is no speed up benefit either.

What am i missing?
