I'm posting this here because it's an incident that greatly eroded my trust towards contabo, and I believe other people could be interested.
I signed up to use their object storage in order to test it; today I noticed it's not working.
I expected to see this reflected on their status page at their status page [1] but it's not.
I wrote to their support 45 minutes ago and got no reply (not even the canned "we received your email" one), and the status page is still unaware of the outage.
I understand shit happens, but IMO status pages should tell you when it does.
