Laughs in H1B tied to employer and role, 50-year green card wait for India/China and uniformly rude CBP officers. Immigrants everywhere are more likely to do these things, might as well go somewhere you're actually wanted.


My experiences with the immigration process lead me to believe that immigration policy is more about maintaining status quo systematic-racism for political reasons, than it is about economics
