Usually this sort of complaint is irrelevant but here it’s a red flag in evaluating a source of advice about web technology.
The fallback to “Loading…” is worse than merely missing content as it’s actively misleading.

Yeah, requires 3rd party javascript and leads a bunch of trackers too. "disable javascript by default" should be on that list.
