Just curious: what's the connection between paella and Arabs? I lived in Valencia for about 15 years and never heard of this.

In Valencia, it's popularly accepted as a fact that the origin of paella is in the Albufera region next to the city.

I don't mean for this to sound snarky, I'm no historian and my knowledge about this is purely casual.
