So at first everyone was quick to point out that the responsibility for this accident was with the prop master and not Baldwin. It turns out they used a non-union prop master and I will not be surprised if it turns out that this guy was not qualified as an armorer. If so, then the prop master is probably going to jail and civil liability to going to return to Baldwin in his role as a producer of the film.
