That's an oddly specific ask. The vaccines are absolutely fantastic in the short term, and there's credible evidence indicating the vaccine protection is long term, by analogy with how other vaccines work.

The efficacy is “recovering” because the vaccinated are acquiring natural immunity. The way you / sailorrooscout present it obscures that simple fact.

That's not a simple fact; that's something you're making up.
