Rapid7 is probably most well known for Metasploit but also develops various SaaS security software. All of our SaaS systems are hosted within AWS and we are starting a new team focused on improving the architecture of our software to be more effective and resilient. This is not your typical rightsizing, adding S3 lifecycle rules, managing reservations. This is a team which focuses on hard problems across on our data processing pipelines to make them more efficient.
You will be working across different product teams and collaborating both with engineering teams, finance and leadership to introduce changes and provide visibility.
You should have great Java knowledge and a good understanding of AWS (AWS pricing would be a plus).
