I've been doing this for 3 years now and it works great for me. 3/4 of our company are 4 days or less a week and in the last 5 years we've turned a loss making company into something quite profitable. We generally have one short meeting a week, outside of that we do 1 on 1s when necessary. The rest of the time we can sit down and focus 100%.
