We are currently looking for a Senior Rails Developer with the potential to be a lead engineer, an tech evangelist or even a team lead. Our tech stack consists of PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch and for sure Ruby on Rails (from the early beginning on started with 0.14 in 2005). You should be a passionate Rubyist that also have some in knowledge in Javascript and DevOps. Interest in technologies like conversational interfaces and machine learning is definitely a plus.
As we are a small engineering team (>25) we need hands-on mentality. Your input matters! Together with our product managers and the UX guys you ship new features regularly.
