I am a data scientist particularly active in computer vision using object detection and image classification.
Do you have projects or PoC where you wonder if it is possible to develop an algorithm capable of detecting / tracking objects, or recognizing images?
Please feel free to contact me. Before starting up a collaboration, I will examine all criteria necessary to make it a success.
A bit of background. I have successfully deployed multiple missions into production. These were often challenging projects where I developed machine learning applications from scratch. That means that I collected (supplementary) data, annotated data, performed preprocessing, prepared quality inspections, developed machine / deep learning models and deployed the application into production.

Good question. Rather than testing a specific skill (for example, merge Pandas DataFrames and visualize using Seaborn), I'd ask to resolve a mini project where the candidate can choose him or herself the tools (for example, Visualize data from two different data sources). This leaves open the kind of solution that you expect and requires creative problem solving.
The final assignment is going to be (essentially) "choose a program you want to write, and write it" -- so they will have shown a certain amount of initiative and problem solving.
