Do you know what is the guy using within VS here? Is this an Emacs extension or something added on top. He seems to be going full screen and switching files very quickly. I've seen this before on someone's machine but didn't ask about it. I don't know anything about emacs myself.

I'm a vim guy, but the strength of emacs is that is basically running on its own lisp, so it's completely programmable.

He's likely to be running a customized version.

As an adult you have to be really proactive to find sports to play they don't just fall in your lap anymore. meetup.com is also a good resource for healthy people doing healthy stuff like hiking, biking, climbing which I've used as well.
