My wife and one of my daughters have a gluten allergy (celiac) — would love to see your GF pizza crust recipe that you’ve perfected, if possible.

I was using a prepared crust (Schär) for my home-builts - and I would heartily recommend it if you're not up to making one from scratch.

I use their wifi scale every day and see no issue with this - it's a good chance for Withings to move faster, and for Nokia to become more relevant
