I use AppGyver. I think its great of iOS apps but still weak on Android ones. To be fair to them, they seem to be making improvements on that side of things. But since a big argument for going non-native is immediate cross-platform support, the lack of fully functional android support could be a deal breaker.
Hey Lesiki. Even if your friends don't 'suck', the fact that its spammy still makes the platform far less effective. Even if your friends aren't spamming you, its very likely one of your friends does have friends who do. That person is less likely to respond to your event invites because they have either turned off notifications or it gets lost amidst the spam.
I think the biggest issue is that they are un-accustomed to technology - most of the real estate agents I've interacted with see it as a necessary pain-in-the-ass, not as something that makes them more productive. I think this will probably begin to change as "digital natives" become more influential in the industry.
The video looks interesting but in real world practice, I don't know if I'd personally ever have this kind of problem. Honestly I think it sounds nice on paper but I'm clearly not the target audience.
