Well that would rely on you being able to call Monzo in the first place. None of the numbers you are able to find take you to a person, instead infinitely redirecting you to use the in-app chat... which is more "Leave us a message and we'll pick it up on Monday" than an actual live chat.

Having trouble detecting if the bits are random or encoding something. Ignoring the spaces and encoding to ASCII yields gibberish, maybe something else?
_Any_ message without context leaves me anxious. I can't tell you why, but getting a blind invite from the HoE with various C-suites on it always gets me spooked. I hate it, but after 17 years, I get on with it. Usually a quick message to someone to ask for some context as to what the meet is about is enough to calm me.
