In terms of adoption, I think the user is right. That is the only thing stopping adoption of existing models in the real world.

We built a candidate assessment platform. The questions and evaluation is done by LLMs!

I really like the execution and usage of LLMs, but this is a good example what's fundemental wrong with the current enterprise ai trend.

Waisting other people's hours more efficiently.

It's fair game to: a) use any tool to automate solving this b) See it as I giant red flag for bad corporate culture

Wisel*!

Does it make sense to have a service that checks whether people have read the article before talking about it in the comments section? Could be done by some js, I presume.

I mean, it obviously won't work in case people share it on twitter, but could reduce people from talking bullshit in the comments section.

There are multiple 4G licenses in India. Jio just has a majority in market share.

In my experience, often people just double tap the photos to like them on instagram. And since most people hardly used the button for liking, it was a prime real estate for shops to move into.

I think you're confused.

The "Likes" button on the tab bar wasn't to like a post. It was to basically see the list of all interactions on your posts or new followers/requests.

This hasn't rolled out to me yet (Canada). I'd be super annoyed about this.

Makes sense. I assumed I was a part of some A/B testing group.

It's terrifically awful. If you do get a notification, then pressing the "Profile" tab button now brings you to the notifications list view.

But if you have "read" the new ones and want to go back to it you need to dig through for it like I mentioned in the OP.

It's ridiculous.

For decades? I think that's a gloomy thought. But these companies do have lobbies in all political parties. So whose in power won't make much of a difference.

>So whose in power won't make much of a difference.

It does, depending upon whether a party has a moral ceiling. Whether there's something which they wouldn't do. Unfortunately, there is no such limit for a party which does not believe in democracy.

Why has India dropped in democracy ratings drastically?[0]

What's worrying is, now that BJP has taught other parties how India's democracy can be broken, even if by some miracle some other party comes to power, it will do the same. So, I will agree with you then.

But, that's not going to happen as BJP has ensured that no elections in future would be fair[1].

Are you implying that they lost key states like Maharashtra on purpose?

I mean, out of the two parties who can be in power in the near future, one has been involved in the 2G spectrum scam and the other is, well, bjp. The moral ceiling seems super high for both.

Jio is < 5 years old. Plus telecos typically kill one market first. Give it time.

It's not collusion everytime price settles in a market. Prices are obviously dependent on costs and settle based on them.
