That's what I thought too reading the title, but the windows tax makes sure it comes pre-installed with computers and for most people it means having to deal with windows.
It should be "tell people to use a non-windows OS" instead.
you mean by screwing poor people who don't have access to e-cash? this is just another move for bureaucrats to get their fingers into the purse strings of the people.
When I had my own start up companies or worked for those of my friends, we ensured that the first few sets of big customers got white glove treatment from the executive team....
This is what happens when one does not do that. :)
