Processed sugar. And it could be better said the other way around: processed sugar is more dangerous coupled with high fat intake.

Sugars bound in fiber are fine. No one got heart disease or diabetes from eating too many apples with a diet of otherwise moderate fat intake.

Maybe if it's lab meat. Otherwise it seems inefficient to grow food for animals instead of just growing food for humans

The benefits you experienced compared to us visual thinkers is that generally your type of people had it easier in school with regard to learning things off by rote memorization. The way mathematics is thought through word problems to school children suits your linguistic brain.
