Google killed curiosity. At least libraries made you search and read alternatives. Google just gives you solutions, whether right or wrong.


Google search doesn't "just give you solutions"


It first gives you a page of ads, then a scraped version of the solution that steals content for ads, and then the amp version of the solution that doesnt work because js or what not.


How does Google steal content?


I didnt mean Google, but there are those we pages that, for example, scraped Stackoverflow.com just to provide the very same content

When we were transitioning away from card catalogs I heard similar complaints from my teachers. We all adapted.
